An has a passion for everything to do with Human Resources, with a focus on Leadership Development and Learning & Development.

After her studies Orthopedagogy and Criminology, she entered the world of education, first as trainer/consultant, then as Business Manager and later as Branch Manager.

After a one year trip around the world, she entered the broader HR world as HR Business Consultant and later made the switch to an internal HR function as HR & Leadership Development Coordinator.

Based on her experience as People Manager and years of developing and supervising learning and change processes, she takes on the role of Learning & Development Coordinator at The Tipping Point, both internally and externally.
