Managing Director
Tom started working in the world of Learning & Development in 2001 and in 10 years he became partner and director of an existing training agency. In 2015 he founded TheTipping Point together with his sister Katelijn. Today he is Managing Director there.
For eighteen years, Tom has been guiding companies and governments through learning and change processes, making him a privileged witness to the waves of change that organisations in the modern economy are facing. Like no other, he knows the causes and characteristics of that continuous change and especially the ways to deal with it successfully: in order to turn rapid and far-reaching changes into opportunities and good results, organisations and their employees need a number of new skills. These are social, emotional and cognitive skills that are not taught at school or university, such as professional self-knowledge, a learning mindset, critical thinking, sustainable influencing, resilience and agility. Tom understands better than anyone what skills of the future your organization can best use, builds a learning program together with you about this and thus optimally equips you for the rapidly changing world.
