Tom started working in the world of Learning & Development in 2001 and in 10 years he became partner and director of an existing training agency. In 2015 he founded TheTipping Point together with his sister Katelijn. Today he is Managing Director there.
For eighteen years, Tom has been guiding companies and governments through learning and change processes, making him a privileged witness to the waves of change that organisations in the modern economy are facing.
