Through our partnership with Commerce Training, we support the retail and food sectors (PC 119, 202, 311, and 312) with powerful, practice-oriented training programs that strengthen leadership and foster sustainable learning processes on the shop floor.

What can you expect?

People management training for supervisors and district managers
Whether they are (assistant) store managers, team leaders, or coordinators, we guide them through programs tailored to the retail sector. These are offered both as open courses at Commerce Training locations and as in-company sessions at the client’s premises. The programs range from 1 to 4 training days, focusing on personal leadership, coaching communication, and team development.

Train-the-trainer for store employees and (future) internal trainers in retail
A one-day, hands-on program that trains colleagues to pass on their knowledge on the shop floor. Ideal for mentors, experienced staff, or internal coaches who want to guide and train new colleagues with impact.

Thanks to the support of Commerce Training, these programs are subsidized for the affiliated joint committees. This way, we strengthen the culture of learning and leadership in Belgian retail—without barriers.

Train-the-trainer for store employees and (future) internal trainers in retail

Store employees are sometimes given an additional role as trainer or internal coach to help onboard and train (new) fellow store employees. While they may be highly experienced, these store employees often lack formal didactic or instructional training on how to effectively transfer knowledge.

This train-the-trainer program empowers them to share their expertise in a clear, structured, and pedagogically sound way—so they can successfully guide and train (new) store colleagues.
