Our toolboxes

To prepare your internal trainers, managers, or coaches to deliver training themselves, we have developed toolboxes. The advantage is that you can reach all your employees flexibly, establishing a common language. Additionally, it allows you to capture what is happening within your organization.

What is it?

A toolbox is a collection of learning tools designed to enable your internal trainers or ambassadors to train your employees themselves. It includes a presentation with a script to follow during the training. The theoretical and technical aspects are explained in short videos by our experts, which can be played during the training sessions. This allows internal trainers to focus on applying the theory and facilitating self-reflection exercises.

To prepare your internal trainers and ambassadors, we offer Train-the-Trainers sessions. During these sessions, we guide them through the content, collaboratively determine the key focus areas of the program, and practice the various training methods.

What do you get?

A toolbox consists of various learning tools designed to prepare internal trainers, managers, or coaches so they can deliver training smoothly using our content. Below you will find a brief description of each toolbox, along with a link to a concrete example, so you can immediately get an idea of what it looks like.

In short explainer videos (2 minutes) the topics are framed in a playful manner. Our experts present the theory, allowing the internal trainer to focus on applying the theory and facilitating self-reflection.

With an animated presentation, the internal trainer has everything needed to deliver the training. Under the slides, there is a script to follow, and the methods for the exercises are outlined step by step.

To master the theory and understand the structure of the presentation, the internal trainer receives a line-out. This is an e-book with background information on the topic. Additionally, it prepares the trainer for potential questions from participants.

Finally, the internal trainer receives a manual to guide them through the preparation and delivery of the training. This manual includes a timeline with various steps for optimal preparation and guidelines for handling difficult situations during the training.
