Coaching skills

Guide your colleagues to success

Do you sometimes think that people cannot change (anymore)? Do you sometimes find it difficult to motivate your employees or colleagues to (behavioral) change? Do you sometimes struggle with the different hats you wear and are you not sure what is expected in the role of coach towards your employees or colleagues?

“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their growth. ”
John Whitmore

In this interactive training we will not only look at what elements play a role in the engagement and “coachability” of your employees or colleagues, we will also explore what that role of coach entails, what elements contribute to their acceptance of it and what basic skills you need to take on a coaching role. In an approachable way, we also put those things into practice and you will learn some handy and simple tips & tricks to be able to coach like a pro!
