Goal-oriented facilitation

Maximize the outcome of your team interactions

In this facilitation skills workshop, you will gain the insights and skills to take your own first steps as a facilitator. We not only give you a clear theoretical framework, but also enough space to practice on your own.

“How do you take the first steps to facilitating workshops and meetings? ”

After this training you will know what facilitation means, how it differs from training and how and when you can best use these techniques. We look at how to set the outlines for a fruitful meeting or workshop, what structure you should use and how you can achieve the intended results with a group.

Facilitation is a practical profession. That is why we provide plenty of practice and reflection opportunities to test and try out the techniques we will be discussing. You will work on practical assignments in a safe environment with the support of our trainer.

During the sessions you will work on a personal action plan and you will receive useful visuals and tools to use after the training.

1. Facilitation as a working method?

What different working methods are there to engage with people? How does facilitation
