In these times of fast-paced communication, we often lose sight of the essence of collaboration. The result? Missed opportunities for growth, innovation, and most importantly: a strong, connected team.
In our team workshop ‘Safe Teaming: from inspiration to action’ we take your team on an interactive journey through the world of psychological safety and feedback. We combine the latest scientific insights with practical translations that you can put to use immediately. Together we will work to discover which ‘voices’ sometimes get in the way, how feedback can become a strength, and which team agreements are needed to strengthen both performance and well-being.
“The goal of this workshop is to build a foundation of psychological safety and use feedback as a lever for growth.”
We focus on creating an environment where team members feel safe to share their ideas and concerns, and learn how feedback can positively contribute to both individual development and team performance. No long theories, but direct action: we end the session with a concrete team action plan that sharpens collaboration and empowers each team member to reach their full potential. An interactive team activity with a focus on impact and results.
During this workshop we get straight to work: we make psychological safety and feedback concrete and practical. No complicated theories, but immediately applicable insights and actions to make your team stronger and more effective.
1. Psychological safety: what is it (not) and what does it mean for our team?
Discover the essence of psychological safety and debunk myths. What does it really mean for cooperation in your team?
2. Giving feedback to my colleagues?
What makes feedback so tense? And how can you reduce this tension? Discover your own feedback preferences and manual and integrate this into your team culture in a positive way.
3. Wrap up at the team level
Concrete agreements that form the basis for further cooperation. We create a team action plan and determine how to keep these agreements “warm” and follow up, so that we make a lasting impact as a team.
In this session you work on your own ‘feedback manual’, a practical tool that you fill in step by step and which will serve as a guide for future discussions among yourselves.
