We don’t have to tell you that the waves of change only get higher and follow each other faster. Every wave can affect our resilience and that of our team. After all, changes can lead to a lot of uncertainty, questions and resistance. Resilient leadership is therefore a crucial skill for every manager.

During this virtual learning journey the 3 domains of resilient leadership that are decisive for a change process to succeed : resilience, rewind, reset. We look at the impact of change on your brain. Our brain does not like change and that has an effect on your own and the resilience of your team. Fortunately, we have an impact on this as well !

In part 2 we will map out your commitment and that of your team during a ‘rewind exercise’. Engagement is not static. What role do you have to play in this ? We use the input from this exercise to conclude with an action plan for both yourself and your team members. Each exercise is accompanied by templates and instructions so that you and your employees can get started and running afterwards.
