Virtual Learning Journeys – Building a resilient team

Starting from resilience to team-power.

The resilience of the members of your team is not a static data. Depending on the context, the members of the team and the projects being worked on, this can fluctuate. As a manager it is your task to identify this team-resilience dynamic, to steer it and to provide the necessary strategies.

First of all, this means that as a manager, you get a good picture of the resilience of your team and its members individually. This virtual learning journey starts with a deepdive into what the resilience- potential is and how this can differ between team members.

Just as resilience can differ between individuals, so can the strategies for dealing with it. We offer you an overview of these strategies so that you can put them on the right track. We are going to work with a whole series of exercises and templates, in order for you to be able after this training to discuss the resilience-potential within your team and define the right actions.
