In professional environments that are becoming less and less hierarchical, high-impact communication is gaining importance as a way of exerting sustainable influence and persuading. But first you need to know how communication works, what your own communication style is and that of others.

In the interactive training “Communicating with Impact,” we start with your cases. This way, you translate scientific insights and new skills into your own professional environment.
After this training, you will know when communication has an impact. You will be able to persuade and adapt, ensuring that your message is accepted. Finally, you will learn to apply the right techniques to enhance the power of your message.
You will learn in a group and with a simulation actor. You will work on a personal action plan and receive a useful visual and/or e-book from us that you can use even after the training.
During this training you will learn which (brain) laws communication follows, what your natural communication style is, how you detect the style of others and how you can focus on that to achieve maximum impact.

Simply put: Impact = quality + acceptance! We make this clear with concrete examples from practice.
2. What makes your message accepted?
You know the 6 principles of persuasion according to Cialdini and you can apply them. You know how you communicate and in which context and you can adapt yourself to the communication style of others.
3. How do you increase the power of your message?
Ready to communicate powerfully? Do you communicate proactively or reactively? Always focus on your goal first, be ready to listen and pay attention to your body language.
