The Coach Conference is Nike’s first two-day leadership training for distribution leaders, aimed at accelerating the growth of our leaders through action learning. Our coaches and distribution managers lead with the mission, “Athletes serving athletes personally.”
Our goal during this learning journey was to equip our 450 leaders with the right tools and experiences to develop the skills needed to excel and grow in their leadership identity.
